First Dolphin Wood Carving

Here are a few , work in progress , dolphin I am working on. I thought these would be an easy carve. I was mistaken. Lets see how they turn out. I will post when finished. 

Punta Gorda Florida Wood Carving Show

 Being fairly new to the wood carving competition shows, I submitted two domestic animal relief carvings which is competing against myself. I did take a first and second place with them. I also submitted a relief carving of a mans head with a beard which took first place. All were entered  in the intermediate carver category. Last year I entered a carving in the novice category and took a first place. I wanted to advance this year to see where I stand. Thanks for looking.
